Wouldn’t be correct to say “we would like you to watch the three videos…”?

I believe that you are 100% correct. Most teachers would suggest:

“We would like you to watch the three videos.”

Here in the United States, some speakers in certain areas would use “for,” but most books call that use “dialectal.” That is a gentle word

that means it is NOT standard English.
