Can I also say:“I am just finished with my work?”

You could say it colloquially. Personally I woldn’t.
It sounds ‘unpleasant’ to my ears.

Incidentally, is it possible to replace “finished” with “done” and say “I’m done with my work” (I assume it’s colloquial too)?
