Expression: well-built

Would you normally say that a man is ‘well-built’ or would you rather use terms such as ‘hunk’ or ‘beefcake’ to describe a strong, muscular man? When the term is applied to women, I suspect it doesn’t quite mean the same, right?

Have you got any interesting adjectives/nouns to describe people’s physical appearance and personality?

I like to be called well-built; hunk and beefcake demean me, as does stud. None of these terms are applied to women, I think.
