Could some one please tell me how natural it would be to use the expression ‘fire an email’?
Can I say, ‘He fired me an email that has all the information required’?

Personally, I’d use ‘fire off’ rather than just ‘fire’. I’d use it something like this:
"He fired off an email to (somebody)."
