Explanation of two senteces: Comments or suggestions relation to any subject...

Hi everbody,

I am trying to translate something to my language but I don’t uderstand three senteces. The thing I’m trying to translate is a data sheet of a product. In the end of the data sheet is a part where the company that produces that product (sounds quite strange, doesn’t it ?) gets rid of the responsibility of the information in the data sheet.

I’m going to write you the senteces that I’m not able to translate and I would like you to write me the senteces by simpler way if possible. Maybe more shorter senteces would be clearer for me :? Or you don’t have to rewrite the sentences, but just try to explain what’s going on in there.

Ok here we go (I hope this is the right time to use this phrase, it sounds cool but I never know when to use it  ):

1.)“Comments or suggestions relation to any subject other then product properties are offered only to call the end-user’s or other person’s attention to considerations which may be relevant in the independent determination of the use and/or manner of use of product.”
I’d really appreciate if you tried to rewrite this sentece maybe in more shorter senteces. I think you can use the same words.

2.)“BlaBlaCompany shall in no event be liable for incidental, expemplary, punitive or consequential damages.”
Does it mean that the company won’t be liable for damages “done” by the product ? The problem is that the meanings of the four words are not clear to me.

3.)“Some variation in product properties is typical.”
Does it mean that the product might have a little different properties ? or that the copany produces in fact the same product with a little different properties ? or did they mean anything else ?

I know that it’s quite hard with me when I don’t understand the words. Maybe you can help me, maybe not.

Thanks to everbody for help and to have patience with me,
David.

PS: I hope this is the right section to post my problem.
