Experienced or inexperienced workers?

G’day Kitos, Thanks for assessing my previous essay.

Experienced or inexperienced workers?

In the past, there were abundance of jobs and less competition, as people were content with simple pleasures. In today’s world, cost of living and standard of living has increased, so do the earning prospects. Now some employers are ready to recruit fresh, inexperienced employees to reduce the cost, as some jobs are bit straight forward.

The education has tremendously improved from the past, with technology imbibed in each of them. Students are very well trained and come out with multitasking. The education system is in a new shape with lots of technical trainings, in-plant trainings and high skilled workshops. It makes the employers feel convincing to recruit them directly on campus, for junior level or mid-level job roles. Many ambitious entrepreneurs want their office environment filled with young aspirants and diverse age groups. In most cases, the multi tasking attitude and the techno savvy approach of the young recruits is very much turning the company’s fortune.

Though the employers recruit the young people for some job roles, there are still some roles, which can be filled only by experienced people. To run a team or to develop strategies of a company or for decision-makings, definitely a company requires a person with handful of experience. Experience makes a person well versed to handle conflict managements and other moves carefully. The amount paid may be huge, but it’s still worthy, as they can only motivate the young generation and could channel their spirits altogether in the same direction to achieve the goals of the company.

Thus, in conclusion, a organisation’s business growth needs both experienced and fresh faces, as they both complement each other well, but, the trick is to find the right balance between them.
