Hi, how often do you hear or use the word ‘mindshare’ and what contexts?

I’ve come across the term ‘developer mindshare’ in a report on mobile ecosystems by the British organization VisionMobile.

No, I don’t believe I have ever come across that word. I see it is in at least two mainstream dictionaries though:

Almost certainly it is a modern invention.
