Do you think you'll make it

Man: What do you do when you do the accounts?

Woman: I make out checks. So much to do and so little time to do it in.

Man: Do you think you’ll make it?

Woman: Sure. I’ll make it.

Man: But do you make enough money for everything you do?

Woman: Just enough.

Yes, it means before the time is up.

So much to do and so little time in which to do it.
That is, trying to do the chores in the time available.

A common saying is:
So much to do and so little time.

I’ll finish.
I’ll get it done.
I’ll achieve the goal.
