In Ireland there is a discussion now about whether or not rickshaws and their drivers (by the way, why are not not called ‘riders’?) should be banned or not. It occurred to me that in Germany we actually don’t have rickshaws at all (except for a very small number of exceptions).
What about the city or place you live in? Do you have rickshaws there?
I have never seen such a mean of transportation here. Which doesn’t mean that there isn’t any.
Anyway, I would say that there are not rickshaws in Timisoara, until somebody else says the contrary.

We have them here. As well as pedal taverns, party barges, and hayrides
