Do all doctors earn as much as you say?

  1. “Do all doctors earn much as you say?”
  2. “Do all doctors earn as much as you say?”
    Which one is correct?

I think they are both correct, but have different meanings. Also, I would add a comma to #1: “Do all doctors earn much, as you say?”

For #1 the person being addressed has said that doctors earn a lot, while in #2, the person being addressed has given a specific amount for a doctor’s salary.

  1. “I carved out the parts of the fowl and gave them to my mom for frying.”
  2. “I carved out the parts of the fowl and gave them to my mom to fry.”
    Please correct them.

No correction needed though carved out the parts of the fowl is not a phrase which would usually be used. ‘I cut up the bird’ would be more usual.
