Difficulty in using the words "until/till"

Hi Folks,

Sometimes I face difficulty in using the words “[color=red]Until/Till” and I just want your help to explain it further to me. I wrote the below two sentences and I do not know which one is correct in terms of grammar.

“” Please continue doing the work [color=red]until I comeback to you”
Or
“Please continue doing the work [color=red]till I comeback to you”

Thanks for the help.

Hi Nibras,

Welcome to english-test.net and many thanks for your question. There is little or no difference between till and until. In most cases, ‘till’ is a bit less formal than ‘until’. For more information, please read till vs. until and let me know what you think.

Best regards,

Hi Torsten,

Many thanks for the help. Finally I go it. It is a matter of when you can use them whether it is formal or informal.
