Differences between TOESL and TOEFL?

So I have been taking some of the prep quizzes so graciously provided to us by kind folks (I mean it) at english-test.net .

I am slightly shocked, the questions are quite hard even for someone like me with years of English behind them.

I seem to recall reading another test which was much easier, could it have been TOESL.

Or could it be I was dreaming?
