Did I construct the sentences correctly using the word unfolded and conducted?

  1. The buyer was not happy with how real estate deal unfolded.
  2. The buyer was not happy with the way the real estate deal were conducted.
  3. The buyer was not happy with how the deal went.

Did I construct the above sentences correctly? Please help.

The buyer was not satisfied with the progress of the real estate transaction.
The buyer was not satisfied with the course of the sales process.

With these edits, I’m happy with 1, 2, and 3 as well as with @Torsten’s more eloquent language.

I’d note that #2 is different from the others. #1 and #3 address the progress of the deal in general, while #2, using the word conducted, addresses the performance of the agent managing the deal.
