The context:
At 9:05 p.m. the telephone rang on Felix’s desk. He listened, then quickly jumped to his feet and called to Adam. ‘Dinon’s in his home town,’ he shouted. ‘He’s in his old teacher’s house. He went in three minutes ago.’

My question:
Did Felix tell Adam where Dinon was? Explain your answer using reported speech.
Yes, he did. He told him (that) Dinon was in his home town, in his old teacher’s house and added (that) he had gone in three minutes ago.

Yes, that’s all right. I would omit ‘that’ in both cases.
