Hey guys, “If it did not rain now, I would go out.” “if it wasn’t raining now, I would go out”
Considering my knowledge of conditionals the first structure should be correct but the second one seems to be logical as well although I haven’t learnt such a conditional. Thanks in advance

You are right, ‘If it wasn’t raining now, I would go’ is the better version since raining is a process that lasts for a while.
