Hi All
Are both these sentences same?
Likewise,
Which of the two is commonly used or why is one preferred over the other?
Many Thanks

Both your first sentences are incorrect.
Yo use ‘you’, you require ‘suggest to you’, and you need a recast:
Continue this approach until I suggest something different.
or
Continue this approach until I suggest something different to you.
Both forms of your second set are acceptable.
Beeesneees,
Can I say like below:
“Continue this approach until I suggest to you something different.”
instead of “Continue this approach until I suggest something different to you.”.
‘suggest to you’ does not sound natural there, which is why I suggested a recast of your earlier example.
‘Suggest something to someone’ is the standard form. The exception being the question form, ‘What does it suggest to you?’
