confused with 'in' or 'at'

Check the following sentences

“This place is very close to my house in/at [My Place Name]”
“This place is very close to my home in/at [My Place Name]”

I am confused with the prepos. ‘in’ or ‘at’ as which is the correct usage, also does it make a difference when we use ‘house’ instead of ‘home’ or the other way.

Please help
