Companies have some characteristics as people have such as they both born, live and finally die. Also companies have a culture that directly affects their employees. For instance wearing dark suit or formal communication between employees might be shown as a culture of a company. From this point of view companies are like people that get older in time and finally die. In order to stop this process companies need to hire new graduates for a fresh look. As a result, companies should not hire employees for their entire lives.
Firstly, because of working in the same position (department?) employees might have motivation problems. This is very serious situation because there might be occupational accidents in factories or plants. To solve this problem, companies change positions of employees. Beyond this working in the same department might cause efficiency issues. This is another serious problem for company because, this situation triggers high costs in the production line. As a result, because of high prices of its’ goods in the market there will be challenge for the company.
Secondly, new technologies are being used as days passed. So current employees might not capable for these alterations. In order to overcome this problem, new graduates are one of the best solution. For instance, Henkel, one of the biggest fast consumer goods company, hires a number of new graduates every year. As a result, Henkel carries on its’ processes for hundreds of years.
Thirdly, new employees work with lower salaries. Also, they work for long hours and harder to get promotion. Older employees, on the other hand, have experience but some of them does not work hard because of reasons explained above. They might be supervisors or managers of new employees because of their experience.

As a consequence, as I have illustrated above, companies should not hire employees for their entire lives.
