Comma after "attackers"?

At present, there seem to be four groups of attackers; one led by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, another by Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, followed by Umno while the last is the one led by Gua Musang MP Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah.

Should the semi-colon after “attackers” be replaced by a comma?

I wouldn’t replace it by a comma because the semi-colon emphasizes the connection between your two clauses.

A colon or a dash would work fine after ‘attackers’.
