Change sentence into interrogative sentence

Sir, these are the questions :

My father goes to office. Please change to interrogative sentence

if i make " Does your father go to office?" (is it true sir?)

or the subject no changging

“Does my father go to office?” (among two these interrogative sentences which one the true?)
