What do you make of Carlos Ghosn’s English? He is the head of Renault/Nissan and I think he speaks fluent English which is pretty easy to understand. He has a slight French/Portuguese accent but he also repeatedly says “in term of” instead of “in terms of”.
Do you think that the fact he makes such basic grammar mistakes is good sign for learners of English? I mean, if you can run one of the largest companies in the world and still say “in term of” instead of “in terms of” things look rather good for ESL speakers, don’t they?[YSaerTTEW443543]
