  1. I meant to go to ABC store but I came to the wrong store.
  2. I intended to go to ABC store, so I am at the wrong store. So sorry.
  3. We need to figure out the percentage amount of water bill that need to be covered/paid by each tenant.
  4. What is the percentage of water bill that I need to pay.

Can I construct the above sentences in such ways? Please advise

I agree with the answers that Zhuolizhang gave.

You would normally use “went” when referring to someplace other than were you are now. You would normally use “came” if you are currently at that location.

I went there.
I came here.

If you are at home, you would say:

I went to the store. ( I went there )
I came home. ( I came here )

If you are at the store, it would be the opposite:

I came to the store.
I went home.
