The restaurant has a unique menu because the menu consist of dishes/foods from different cultures.

The menu of our restaurant is unique because it consists of food from different countries.

I think this sentence is probably grammatically correct but sounds awkward and is difficult to read because it contains too many nouns.

The restaurant serves dishes/foods that incorporate ingredients from different parts of the world into one.

The restaurant serves foods that are influenced by multiculturalism.

We want to introduce a new menu that contains foods/dishes from different countries.

For the third example, some possibilities are:
The menu items of the restaurant incorporate ingredients from different cultures.
Each menu item of the restaurant is an incorporation of ingredients from different cultures.
Each of the restaurant’s menu items features ingredients from different cultures.

Sounds like you’re trying to open a restaurant.
Good Luck
