Can I phrase the below sentences in such fashions? Please advise

  • Any kind of curry comes with default/custom vegetables such as broccolis,carrots and onions. (Can I say default/custom?).
    • Any kind of curry comes with vegetables such as broccolis,carrots and onions by default.
  • The default/custom vegetables that comes in the curry dish are carrots, broccolis and onions. (Can I say custom/default?)
  • I am sorry for talking/speaking to you over the phone in a hurried/rush manner. (Should I use rush or hurried?)

Did I phrase the above sentences correctly? Please help.

To me, the following modified sentences appear to be better.
Any kind of curry comes with customary vegetables such as broccolis,carrots and onions.
Any kind of curry comes with vegetables such as broccolis,carrots and onions by tradition .
The traditional vegetables that come in the curry dish are carrots, broccolis and onions.
I am sorry for talking/speaking to you over the phone in a hurried/ rude manner.

Please also note that we don’t say ‘in such fashions’ but rather ‘this way’.
