Can i phrase it into the sentence below?
I will initiate the payment for these goods upon the completion of THEIR billing.

I use “their billing” to mean “the bills for the goods”. Is it used correctly?

They are both stilted and awkward. Use this:

I’ll pay for the goods when I receive the invoice.
