Both are possible depending on the context.

Both are possible depending on what exactly you want to say.

Both are possible depending on what exactly ‘Ha Long Bay’ is.

In three days.

Both are possible with "I’m watching (rather than ‘I am watching’) indicating a higher degree of determination/intention.

Which subject do you like most? This means: Which subject do you prefer/which subject do you like more than all the others?

Which subject do you like best? This means: Which subject do you think is the best out of all the rest?

This is the story of my class. This means: This is what has happened to my class/this story is about my class.

This is the story for my class means ‘This story has been written/created for my class’ (as a gift for example).

Please let me know this makes sense to you.
