Best leader for you.

NELSON MANDELA
There are so many people who consider more powerful and wealthy leaders as the best, despite the facts they have occupied lands, killed innocent and armless citizens in order to achieve such position. From my point of view, Nelson Mandela is one of the most great world leaders because of his perseverant personality and establishment of impartiality among races.
First of all, Nelson Mandela is the leading person in bringing the era of apartheid (segregation of whites and blacks) to an end. From very young ages, he started his movement against multi-racial discrimination in the way which is called non-violent resistance by using methods such as boycotting and protesting without the characteristics of violence. Such an approach caused whites to send him to prison in order to prevent a possible revolt against authority, which encouraged him to fight for the freedom of blacks more and more. He continued his action for 27 seven years behind the bars. Finally, in the 1990s, he was released and succeeded negotiations that led to the first multi-racial elections in which Mandela selected the president of South Africa.
Secondly, Nelson Mandela possesses a great persevering personality. He was sentenced to life in prison because of his freedom action. Despite all the difficulties in 27 years in prison Mandela always kept his hopes alive and never gave up to establish such a country where whites and blacks have same rights. His perseverance motivates the young minds demonstrates great leader idol for his followers.
Moreover, by these qualities Nelson Mandela received a lot of attention and admiration from other countries. The results of this worship are his acclaims such as Nelson Mandela day which is an annual international day adopted by United Nations, international honors including Nobel Peace Prize and so many awards such as Lenin Peace Prize from the Soviet Union, Ataturk Peace Award by Turkey.
In short, among the many world leaders, Nelson Mandela is the one who I admire most, because his success and perseverance have a significant impact on establishing an equal and impartial world.
