Hello Alan and Torsten! I don’t now how must I write: " I read book at the weekend" or “I read book on the weekend”

Dear Thinker,

Both versions are correct - ‘at the weekend’ is more used in UK English whereas ‘on the weekend’ is considered US English.
Please be sure to use an article before the noun ‘book’ in your sentence:
'I read a book at/on/ the weekend.[YSaerTTEW443543]
