Are these sentences natural to a native ear?

[color=blue]1. You couldn’t wait until I have left the building ? ( I heard two people talking something like this.)

  1. I hope I’ve not woken you up.

  2. Their hair/hairs looked funny. ( I was talking about two women with colorful hair.)

  1. It’s more likely to have been "had left’’ that you heard, but ‘have’ is possible.

  2. is okay.

  3. Their hair looked funny.
