Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

[color=blue]1. My boss would have a heart attack if he saw this.

  1. What does that have anything to do with this?

  2. All husbands on the island know that all other wives, except their own wife/ wives, are cheaters. (I was narrating a puzzle)
