Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

[color=blue]1. I would go to a store or a street hawker and ask them whether they knew if the girl in that picture lived in that area. (I was narrating an experience)

  1. If you see me typing on my phone, it probably means I am taking notes and not texting.

  2. So here I am in an unfamiliar town, going around asking people my friend’s address.
