Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

[color=blue]1. My only problem is for some reason she doesn’t strike me as genuine.

  1. Please keep in mind that (the) turnaround time will be longer than usual . (is the article before ‘turnaround time’ optional and why?)

  2. Just so you are clear, I don’t’ have any secret formula to make this file work, in case you think so.
