1. The noodle is available in shrimp, vegetable or chicken meat option/selection.
2. The noodle is available in three selections/options of ingredients, which are shrimp, chicken or vegetable. ( can I say ingredient?)
3. The noodle is available in three choices of meat, which are chicken, beef or vegetable.
4. The meat can be made with 2 selections of meat and one selection of vegetable.
5. I will charge you a small donut for the same price of a large donut.
6. I will charge you a small donut as the same price of a large donut.

Are the above sentences constructed correctly? Please help.

These both sound a bit odd, maybe -
“The noodles are available in shrimp, vegetable or chicken styles.”
“The noodles are available with shrimp, vegetables, or chicken.”

• The noodle is available in three choices of meat, which are chicken, beef or vegetable.

This is odd because vegetable is not a meat. Maybe:
The noodles are available in three choices: chicken, beef, or vegetable."

• The meat can be made with 2 selections of meat and one selection of vegetable.
  This is unclear - first it should be “The meal” or “The dish”, not “The meat”. And it sounds like you can choose 2 types of meat and one type of vegetable.

• I will charge you a small donut for the same price of a large donut.

• I will charge you a small donut as the same price of a large donut.

Well, here it sounds like you are selling a small donut for the large donut price - not a very good deal!
So maybe
I will sell/give you a large donut for the price of a small donut.
I will sell/give you a large donut, but only charge you for a small donut.
I will sell/give you a large donut, but charge you the price of a small donut.
or maybe you do actually mean:
“Both the small and large donuts are the same price.”
