Hi,

I would recommend: She has the ability to carry out the job. ‘An ability’ would often be used to describe a particular skill or attribute.

Thank you for the answer, Alan!

Would you please help me a little more?

If you could provide me with some examples using “an ability”,
I would be greatful!
