In the sentence you are referring to only ‘affordable’ makes sense.
It means the price of the package has to be appropriate to the company’s budget.
Please, don’t confuse ‘actual’ with ‘current’ or ‘up-to-date’.[YSaerTTEW443543]

As you are an authority of English let me ask you a preliminary question.
What’s the restriction of the word Actuals? Please don’t consult a dictionary but ask a finance people?
