Active voice vs Passive voice

Hello,

I am writing to ask for help about the transformation from Active voice into passive voice and vice versa when it’s concerned with the past tense (preterit, the present perfect and so on).

For example, at the active voice when saying: I repaired a car. should we say "the car had bee repaired by me" or “the car was repaired by me” into passive voice?

“I repaired the car” -> “The car was repaired by me.”

“I have repaired the car” -> “The car has been repaired by me.”

“I had repaired the car” -> “The car had been repaired by me.”
