Weather forecasts (a guess at future weather) and weather reports (information about recent weather, including forecasts) occur on TV at regular intervals in every country that has TV.
The general subject of ‘get’ and ‘have’ is far too broad to discuss here. Your dictionary should have a long list of definitions and idioms in which those 2 verbs figure. If you have specific questions, please ask them.
