What do you want to discuss, Tom?
The meaning?
Whether or not we agree?
Amy
Yes, Dear Amy
I want to know the meaning of the quote, and the meaning of Woman in White.
Thank you
Tom
Hi Tom
I might interpret the sentence this way:
It’s good to set goals and to work toward achieving them, but you should be flexible in how you achieve them.
A detour is an alternative route to a destination. It’s almost always longer than the planned or direct route, but often much more interesting.
Your quote reminds me a bit of the expression:
“All roads lead to Rome.”
Amy

Alan
