If you make any decisions regarding your career you should know that 85% of the jobs in 2030 don’t exist today yet. In other words the vast majority of of all future jobs will be created within the next decade. What does this mean to you?

Well, if I continue my military career my job may never change. As there will always be a need for my job. So, it may never affect me.

However, Jobs such as warehouse workers will be replaced by machines. People who work on the line in production plants will be replaced by machines. Here in America, the cashier job is slowly becoming obsolete as we move towards having self check out lanes with one person over 6-8 “registers”.
